AlphaVAT version 4.5.5 Release

Welcome to the AlphaVAT version 4.5.5 release, which includes the following:

Release overview

This release contains essential fixes for high priority bugs and includes a new feature to allow users to save the calculation template from the ‘Entity details’ tab. Please see below for further details on the key changes:

Enhancements

• Entity details - Save template: The ‘Entity details’ tab has been enhanced to allow users to save the calculation template without going into the VAT reports.  

• Preview & analysis - Save template: Previously, the ‘Preview and analysis’ tab contained a ‘Ready to submit’ button which acted as a prompt to save the calculation template and redirected to the ‘Entity details’ tab. To be consistent and more descriptive, this button has been renamed to ‘Continue to Entity details’.   

These usability enhancements should ensure that users save their template where necessary so that subsequent periods are calculated as expected.  

Bug fixes

We have fixed a number of bugs that were previously identified, including:

• PESM builder - duplicate steps

• Data cleansing - Unable to delete custom check

• File upload - Duplicate tag

• Calculation template - Unsaved changes

• Foreign exchange - Duplicate derived column

• File upload - Empty preview
