How to preview your data

Uploaded source data may be previewed by clicking on the name of the file in the Uploaded files table. This will enable you to review the data contained in your chosen file.  You can exit this review screen by clicking on the Close file view button.

How to filter data

The default setting for data filtering is All.  To change this, click on the Filter drop-down menu and select from the following options:

  • All: Displays all records
  • Allowed: Displays all allowed records
  • Blocked: Displays all blocked records
  • Excluded: Displays all excluded records

How to use Advanced search

Use the Advanced search option if you want to locate a specific record or group of records.  Click on the Advanced search option (or magnifier icon) and the search panel will be displayed:

You can now specify your search criteria by choosing a column from the drop-down list and selecting the value criteria you want to use from the second drop-down list.

  • Matches: This will search for an exact match of the value or phrase you have provided

  • Includes: This will search for all records that contain a value or phrase

  • Excludes: This will search for all records that do not contain a specific value or phrase

  • Starts with: This will search for all records whose column entry starts with a specific value or phrase

  • Ends with: This will search for all records whose column entry ends with a specific value or phrase

Once you have selected your value criteria, type in the value or phrase you want to search for, then click on the Search data button.

Your search results will now be displayed. In the above example we have selected the Country column and chosen the Matches option for the value ES.  

You can now review the records, block and/or exclude records, or edit the source data.  To clear the search, click on the Clear button.

Other data and navigation options

At the bottom of the screen is a navigation panel.  This will allow you to:

  • Go back to the top of the screen
  • Navigate to the next and previous page or select a specific page from those displayed
  • Increase the number of records displayed (the default is 100 records per page)

To increase the number of records displayed on each page, click on the Show drop-down and select the number you require.
